Technician’s Notes

If you PS4 Pro is not turning on at all the problem is most likely with the power supply. This means there is no beep when you press the power button and the light indicator at the front of the console does not come on. Some cases of BLOD (Blue Light of Death) can also be caused by a bad power supply unit. In cases where the PS4 turns on for a moment, the blue light indicator at the front comes on and the console turns back off and you have to unplug the power cable only for the system to perform this loop again.
