Controllers Not Connecting to PS4 Console

This issue is caused by a failed bluetooth chip that is soldered on the motherboard. In most cases this chip has to be replaced.

Please check your controllers prior to purchasing service and sending in your device. If the problem persists with more than one DualShock 4 controller then the problem is most likely due to a faulty chip on the console and you will need this service.
